TX involves inc does of immunosuppressive drugs

Definition

Acute graft rejection:

LABS SHOW- elevated serum bili, ALT, AST, alk-phos, inc prothrombin time/INR

Heart beats fast, fever, R. up-flank pain, dec bile pigment and volume and inc jaundice 

 

Infection: INCR immunosupressant therapy, broad spec antibiotics, early tx & diagnosis.
