The recipe card for how the surgery should be performed (equipment,intruments,supplies).

IT IS CHOSEN BY THE SYSTEM automatically but the scheduler has the ability to choose a different prefferance card than what is suggested by the system.
 
It is possible for the scheduler to change the description of the procedue to aler the staff of a different technique if necessary.  This is done in "Procedure/Code".
