Co-manage with the appropriate adjustments for the other syndromes. Postural correction may help: strengthen the middle and lower trapezius muscles, rhomboids; stretch the pectorals and scalenes. Massage and trigger point therapy may help. Patients may require surgery if conservative care fails.
