Rising Action

The rising action is the events that lead up to the climax.

Climax

The climax is what the problem or conflict reaches the highest point. It is the highest point of drama.

Falling Action

The falling action is the set of events that happen after the climax, but lead to the solution of the conflict.

Resolution

The resolution is how the conflict turned out. It is the way the problem was solved.
