sweat chloride is with pilocarpine and 2 consectutive tests in two days and just cuz its normal doesnt mean you dont have CF- need genetic testing too

sx: SOB which leads to COPD and COPD leads to cor pulmonale bc the chronic hypoxia results in vasoconstriction leading to pulm htn. 

the result of of pulm htn leads to RHF, RVH, which is equal to cor pulmonale

INH, rifampin, pyradimazole all causes hepatotoxicity
