Flonase/Fliticasone 

Indications: difficulty breathing itching ,sneezing

Dose/Route: 44,110,220 mcg aerosol inhaler PO 2x qd  ,nasal spray 100 mcg qd

side effects:

nasal congestion ,dizziness, difficulty breathing  

over use can cause inflammation in nasal 

Saline lubricating eye drops/Carboride peronide 6.5%

Indications: for dry eye

Dose/Routes :to eyes 2 drops PRN 

 Side effects: burning ,itching 

do not use if your allergic to any of the ingredients 

Restasis/cyclosporine 

Indications : Dry eye

Dose /Route : to eye ,2x QD to be spaced 12 hours apart

Side effects: blurred vision, feeling of something in eye, gritty 

of getting other eye drops ,wait 15 min in between  types

xalatan/latanoprost

Indications: eye disorders/glaucoma

Dose/Routes: 0.005%  1 GTTS to eye Q night

Side effect :Burning ,stinging ,tearing

Timoptic/Timololmaleate

Indication: glaucoma

Dose /routes:to eyes 2 GTTS to effected eye one time QD

Side effect: feeling as if there is something in the eye ,burning ,redness.

wait 10-15 min before putting in other eye drops or ointments 

Debrox/Carboride peroxide 6.5%

Indications: for wax build up in ears

Dose /routes: 2 or 3 drops to each ear QD or 1x Q week

side effects: Burning ,Itching ,feeling of fullness in ears

regular use helps prevent wax build up followed by ear flushing

Monistat /Fluconazole 

Indications: for vaginal itching,fugus

Dose/Routes:200 mg,100mg. 1xQd for 3 days ,1xQd for 7 days  .vaginal

Side effect: burning ,redness ,

frequent need can indicate underling conditions

Diflucan/Fluconazole

Indications :antifungal  

Dose ,Route: po, 50,100,150,and200 mg tab or 40 ,10 mg/ml suspension 

Side effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea 

side effects usually resolve over time .consult doctor if jaundice develops as this can indicate liver toxicity.
