Kevin M. Phillips
​Phillips is executive vice president and chief financial officer of ManTech International Corporation. Before being named CFO, Phillips served as corporate vice president and chief of staff for ManTech, where he played an active role in the integration of acquisitions and other strategic business issues. Phillips joined ManTech in December 2002, when ManTech acquired CTX Corporation, a leading provider of information technology and software strategies and solutions to the intelligence community, where he served as CFO. Before that, he held various roles including controllerships in IT services providers to the government.

George J. Pedersen is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder of ManTech International Corporation—a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs. ManTech's customers include agencies in the Intelligence Community; the Departments of Defense, State, Homeland Security, Energy, and Justice, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation; the health and space communities; and other U.S. federal government customers.
ManTech has traded on the NASDAQ since 2002, when it was $400M in revenue. ManTech has since grown to $2B in revenue, both organically and through more than 20 major strategic acquisitions, and now has more than 8,000 employees with operations in over 20 countries around the world supporting very sophisticated, highly classified technology requirements.
In 2005, Pedersen received the James Forrestal Industry Leadership Award from the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) for his "demonstrated record of business accomplishment" and his active role in "helping to preserve and strengthen the nation's defense industrial base." Pedersen was chosen for his "astute business judgment, keen political instincts, and a broad understanding of the vital role the industrial base plays in ensuring the nation's security," according to NDIA.
In 2006, Pedersen received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Chapter. The award is given annually to individuals in the region who have contributed significantly to the region's corporate growth over a number of years.
In 2011, Mr. Pedersen received the prestigious Eagle Award from Federal Computer Week magazine and the 1105 Government Information Group and was also named a 2011 Federal 100 winner by Federal Computer Week magazine, his second time on the list. He was chosen for "his leadership in the federal technology sector" and as the person from industry "who has gone above and beyond to make outstanding industry contributions."

Daniel J. Keefe
Keefe is president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Mission Solutions and Services Group. Before joining ManTech, Keefe was a senior vice president and general manager in L-3 Communication’s MPRI division responsible for all program execution, business planning, financial oversight and business development. In his tenure at L-3 Mr. Keefe also served as Vice President, Linguist and Translation Division with oversight of the company’s largest government contract with $600 million per year revenue.

L. William Varner
​Varner is president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Mission, Cyber, and Intelligence Solutions group. Before joining ManTech, he was vice president, corporate officer and executive director of the Intelligence Operations Unit at Northrop Grumman-TASC, which specialized in highly technical engineering and operations support to the intelligence community. While at TASC, his business grew substantially and his team earned Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 5 certification in software development. He joined TASC in 1978, and progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in project, program and line management before becoming a senior executive.

​Davis is executive vice president of strategy and communications. He is responsible for investor relations, communications and marketing, strategic growth plans and initiatives. He joined ManTech from SAIC, where he was the corporate senior vice president of investor and employee-owner relations. Davis led the marketing efforts for SAIC's initial public offering and defined the company’s approach for communicating strategy, financial results and market differentiators to the investment community. Margo Mentus
Margo Mentus is senior vice president of human resources. A veteran of ManTech's Human Resources Department for over three decades, Mentus spearheaded the development and launch of hundreds of critical initiatives for ManTech employees, including 401K and health benefits programs and automated organizational and personnel tools. Before joining ManTech, she served as a human resources representative for Lockheed International (now Lockheed Martin) in Saudi Arabia. Mentus received her bachelor's degree from Universidad Anahuac in her native Mexico City, Mexico, and completed graduate-level studies at the University of Florida.
