So if I say I wokred for 6 hours for a client I could create one entry and list all the stuff that I did if I'm allowed to block bill. If not, I have to list each task separately as a separate entry.

 

Sometimes in a block billing entry, you will have to itimeize the time

Definition
Time entry is due in the system by a certain time and then must be submitted and finalized. IF you notice that there is a problem right away, then you can recall it but this is only about a 10 minute time frame.

transcipts are sent in ascci or amicu format. You should be able to see the page breaks and the software lets you add issues and perform a full query text.

 

So if you typ in O.J. simpson, it will display the number of hits in each transcripts.

Live note lest you see transcripts in real time. Basically you take your laptop, hook it up to the ct. reporters machine and as they type, the words appear on the screen.

Yes, you can add a quick mark to make an indication of soemthng that should be brought back up later. Thiscan be done by hitting the space bar and can you short key cuts

3) volume * (represents the # of days of testimony that the deponent took palce on. you should use humans)
