The citation is the small annotation of the source in the body while the reference is the entire source

Definition

The assessment criteria finds the most adequate achievement level for the EE on approximation, by starting from 0 and moving up the grading scale until the work being assessed doesnt match as well as the previous level, using only whole numbers, and that descriptors should not be considered marks or percents (as a 4 may not be double a 2)
