Definition
It makes it so Medicare shifts its costs onto doctors and then they shift it onto private insurance

Definition
They blame it on the third part payments because it ends up forcing people to buy and spend more than they need. People are forced to settle and do not shop around. They do not differentiate between wants and needs.

Definition
If people do not have to worry about costs, then they are more likely to engage in risky behavior. If they have the coverage, then they will attempt to buy more then the need. This will lead to overconsumption. People will be riskier with prescriptions and hospitals. All will be put on the doctors.

Definition
They do not like the fee for service because they think doctor's are greedy. Howard Dean believes that the doctor's will end up charging us more. They want the federal government to control everything

Both Liberals and Conservatives can agree on technology and that we should help American Citizens as an affluent country. However, Liberals believe that we should spend more on preventing disease and on more advanced cases. Conservatives believe that as an affluent country, we should supply everyone with the greatest care possible.

They do not see it as a big problem. They think it is exaggerated because different groups in the US affect it. They include: illegal immigrants, people who chose not to pay for medicade, and those who have an annual cut don't pay.

Definition
They see it as a horrible crisis. It is bad for those who do and do not have it. We are an affluent country, yet we cannot afford to supply our country with health insurance. Because of this, patient dumping occurs where people never get to see doctors. Hospitals are too expensive. Jpb locking makes it so people are locked in their job to afford health insurance.

Definition
They want to insure all Americans. They want to provide subsidies and expand Medicare for the poor. They want to have an employer mandate that supply insurance for their employees. .

If you like it, then you can keep it. If you want to change to a NHC system. Community ratings make it so that everyone pays the same price regardless of health.

Companies will have to pay a fee if they do not supply people with coverage. This will cause premiums to rise. Therefore, companies will dump their employees into the healthcare system because it is much cheaper. Inureres must supply everyone with insurance. This guaranteed coverage gives Americans a sense of security. You will never have to worry about job lock. The senate bill will end up bending the uninsured Americans.

The middle class loves it. We get back what we pay. The poor benifit pay because they get what they put in. They problem is that baby boomers are retiring. The government does not have the money, so they cut other programs.

People's benifits could change over time. People will be able to make up some of the accounts. They younger you are the better you are off. However, liberals saw Bush destroy Social Security. They wealthy would want out because it turned into a welfare program.
