2) Muscular strength - the max force your muscles can apply in a single effort of lifting pushing or pressing (machines, free weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises)
3) Muscular endurance - Capactity of your muscles to repeatedly exert force or maintain force over a period of time without tiring (slowly increasing number of reps in an exercise)
4) flexibility - the ability of your joints to move through their full range of motion (stretching, Pilates, yoga, tai chi)
5) Body Composition - the relative proportions of fat tissue and lean tissue
