4 scoops of lemon sorbet

Freeze berries into ice cubes. Divide sorbet into two martini glasses.

4 sprigs mint peppermint or spearmint 

2 oz Gin

Dissolve sugar in a little water. Add mint and, using a muddler, bruise and press the juices out of the leaves. Add ice and gin. Shake for about 20 seconds strain into small wine glass. add fresh mints sprigs and drinking straw.

Fill collins glass half way. Squeeze lime directly into glass and drop empty rind. Add gin and stir vigorously. Invented in the last decade of the 19th century in the United States.

Cut both ends off the lemon. Peel thinly for garnish. Rub half lemon on chilled glass. Shake all ingredients and quarter of lemon strain into glass.

Pour gin, perfect vermouth, and apple juice into a pitcher filled with cracked ice. Add Angostura bitters and cherry juice at bottom of cocktail glass.

Put peaches, lychees, and gin in a jar for night or month. Fill pitcher with measure of gin. Muddle them into collins. Slice of lime garnish.
