  • All new or changes to controlled documents will be reviewed and approved before they are implemented. 
  • 1. Completes a Request & Change Request Form (RCR)
  • 2. Priority and escalating approval status is tracked in the RCR tracking log
  • 3. Document Controller reviews request
  • 4. If approved, document controller forwards to QA
  • 5. QA review and approves or disapproves
  • 6. If change impact QMS - DST approves
