Clean lights are your high and low beams

Amber lights, turn signal, 4 way flashers, and running lights

Check under the vehicle, look for puddles, leaking, hoses, bells, or wires

Then check for the truck to be level, if leaning it could indicate a problem with tire pressure or suspension system

Washer Reservoir, Properly mounted and secured

Not bent cracked broken and not leaking

The cap is present and secured 

the hoses are well connected on both sides

and properly insulated as well as not ripped frayed or torn and not leaking

Coolant Reservoir, Properly mounted and secured

Not bent cracked broken and not leaking

belt driven the belt can have no more than 3/4" free play

Engine oil dipstick

Right next to the dipstick this is how I would put more

Air Compressor

properly mounted and secure has to work properly

is gear driven

Air Compressor Governor

properly mounted and secured has to be working properly

gear driven, hoses well connected and not leaking

Steering Coulomb

in one piece, properly mounted and secure,

no more than 2" free play

U-Joint Couplings

Not missing hardware must be grease added at all times

Steering Box

Properly mounted to the main frame 

not bent cracked or broken, no illegal welds

not missing any hardware

Pitman Arm

in one piece properly mounted and secured

Drag Link

One piece, not bent cracked or broken,

2 castle nuts and cotter pins present

Steering arm

not bent cracked or broken, properly mounted and secure
