Combine Cassis and Wine in Glass/Flute and stir. Garnish with Lemon Peel.

"Long Island Iced Tea"

Combine all Liquid ingredients over ice, Stir. Strain into a Rocks Glass over new Ice Drink may also be served up

"Mimosa"

Add the Orange Juice to cup, Top with Sparkling Wine.

"Mint Julep"

• 2.5oz Bourbon
• 2 Heaping Bar Spoons Powdered Sugar
• 1/2.oz Water
• Splash Soda Water
• 3-5 Mint Leaves

In a mixing glass muddle the Mint, Sugar and Water, add Bourbon and stir well, strain into cup, top with crushed ice, soda, and garnish with mint sprig that is dusted in powdered sugar.

"Negroni"

• 1oz Campari (can substitute Aperol)
• 1oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1oz Gin
• Garnish Orange Slice

Combine All Liquid ingredients, Stir. Pour over ice in cup.

"Old Fashion"

• 2oz Bourbon
• 1 White Sugar Cube
• 3 quartered Orange Wedges 
• 3 Drops Angostura Bitters
• 2 Cherries
• Garnish Cherry & Orange

In the Glass, Gently Muddle the Sugar Cube, 3 Orange slices (to gently express the oils of the peel and the juice of the flesh), and one cherry, Bitters and Bourbon, stir with ice and strain into a new glass and top with new ice. 

"Screwdriver"

Whiskey Sour

Combine Lemon Juice, Egg White, (optional) and simple syrup – Dry shake. Add whiskey and ice, shake well, strain into Old Fashioned Glass and top with ice. Garnish with lemon peel.

Skinny Margarita

In mixing tin add ice, combine all ingredients, add splash of soda water to cup with ice, shake and strain onto new ice, salt optional
