             2 OZ EARL GREY INFUSED BULLIET BOURBON
.5 OZ LEMON JUICE

.5 OZ ORANGE WATER SYRUP
1 OZ EGGWHITES
.5 OZ CREAM 

 

Setup a DBL Rocks Glass with an ice orb or king cube

Add all ingredients into a Shaker Tin & Glass and "DRY SHAKE" 
 Separate Shaker Tin & Glass and add ice and "WET SHAKE"
 
Strain and pour over orb or king cube

1 OZ VODKA
.5 OZ COINTREAU

.5 OZ GORDON'S GIN
.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP

 


Setup a DBL Rocks Glass with a Pink Grapefruit Granita

Combine all ingredients into a Shaker Tin
 Shake and Strain over Pink Grapefruit Granita
 
Garnish with a thin Orange Twist

2 OZ VODKA

4 OZ CLAMATO
SHREDDED BASIL
HORSERADISH

Rim glass with lime wedge and drop in
Top with ice and add all ingredients
Garnish with a smoked salmon stick & lime wedge

Definition

GLASS - 12 OZ ROCKS
1 OZ TEQUILA

.25 OZ ABSINTHE
 .75 OZ KAHLUA
1 OZ EGGWHITES
.5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP
4 OZ FRENCH PRESSED SMOKED COFFEE 
1 OZ CREAM 
SHAVED BITTER CHOCOLATE 

 
Setup a DBL Rocks Glass with an ice orb or king cube

Combine all ingredients except the cream and chocolate into a Shaker Tin
Shake and Strain over iced DBL Rocks Glass
 Top of with chilled French pressed smoked coffee 
Float chilled cream and shave bitter chocolate on top

GLASS - CHILLED COUPE

2 LIME WEDGES (Pressed)
1 TEASPOON BLACKBERRY JAM
.5 OZ CREME DE CASSIS 
1.5 OZ JAMESON IRISH WHISKEY 
SODA 

 

Use a torch to char a piece of oak or Mesquite, catch the smoke in the glass by turning it over it and let the charred portion of the wood rest there until the other ingredients are ready. Combine all ingredients into a Shaker Tin except the soda as it is used to stretch this cocktail. Shake vigorously, and strain into the prepared glass
Top with soda and garnish with 5 Frozen Blackberries

1 OZ LEMON JUICE
2 OZ WHITE GRAPE JUICE

Setup a Martini Glass with ice to chill

Combine all ingredients into a Shaker Tin & Hard Shake
 Dbl Strain and top with plum wine
Garnish with fried basil leaf and 3 frozen grapes

.5 OZ BOLS APRICOT BRANDY
.5 OZ COURVOISIER V.S.
.5 OZ LEMON JUICE

.5 OZ BLOOD ORANGE JUICE

 

Setup a Martini Glass with ice to chill

Combine all ingredients into a Shaker Tin & Hard Shake
Dbl Strain
Garnish with a flamed orange zest

Definition

GLASS - DBL ROCKS 

3 LIME WEDGES
3 ORANGE HALF WHEELS
1.5 OZ AQUAVIT
1 OZ ORANGE WATER SYRUP
3 OZ SPARKLING WINE

 

Setup a Dbl Rocks Glass with ice to chill
 Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine into a Shaker Glass Muddle, Shake with ice & Dbl Strain into chilled glass with new ice
Top with sparkling wine & garnish with a mint leaf float

1 OZ GRAND MARNIER
.5 OZ COINTREAU
.5 OZ GORDON'S GIN
1 OZ ORANGE JUICE
3 ORANGE HALF WHEELS
1 OZ ORANGE WATER SYRUP
1 OZ LIME JUICE

 

Setup a Dbl Rocks Glass with ice to chill
 Combine all ingredients except the orange juice & Shake with ice
Dbl Strain into chilled glass with new ice
Top with orange juice & garnish with a 5 spice dusted orange half wheel

Definition

GLASS - DBL ROCKS 
1 OZ SAKE
1 OZ SMIRNOFF VODKA

.5 OZ ROSE WATER SYRUP

.5 OZ GINGER SYRUP

.5 OZ LIME JUICE
1 OZ PEAR JUICE
TOP WITH SODA 

 

Combine ingredients in Shaker glass
Now add mint leaves/rub glass & spank mint 

Top with ice shake & strain over iced glass
Top with soda & stir to combine

Garnish with a fresh pear/apple fan
(3 pieces thinly sliced and fanned on a pick)
