2.  E. coli, bacteroides, staph aureus, haemophilus influenzae (beta lactamase producing bacteria)

3.  Contra:  Allergy to PCN, cephalosporins and Beta-lactimase inhibitors

4.  Conta:  MAOIs, uncontrolled HTN, stertonin syndrome

5.  Warnings:  Mylosuppression; Drug interactions:  MAOIs, adrenergic agents, seronergic agents, strong CYP450 inducers

6.  S/E:  Lactic acidosis, serotonin syndrome, peripheral optic neuropathy, convulsions, development of drug resistant bacteria

2.  Tx of bacterial conjunctivitis

3.  1 GTT into affected eye TID x 7 days

5.  S/E:  Conjunctivities, dry eye, ocular discomvort, hyperemia ocular irritation, ocular pain, ocular pruritus, subconjunctival hemorrhage, tearing, visula acuity decreased
