The Hatch Act of 1887 provided for the establishment of experiment stations in each of the states. Definition
Palatability is enhanced by the aroma, flavor, and juiciness of foods that stimulate salivary and gastric juice flow. The biological value of protein refers to the ability of these protein sources to supply amino acids in the proper proportion needed for body functions.

Some sheep operations have adopted the practice of confinement lamb production which requires high management skills and greater investment in facilities. Finishing lambs has been a relatively high risk buisness.
