Respiratory-  5mg in 6cc NS by hand held nebulizer/mask

                   over 5-15 minutes. May repeat PRN.

 

Crush syndrome- 5mg in 6cc NS continuous mask nebulizer

0-1 year:  2.5mg. in 3cc NS by hand held nebulizer/mask over 5-15 minutes. May repeat PRN.

 

Over 1 year: Same as adult dose.

 

Crush syndrome: Same as adult dose.
