 To unlawfully and maliciously maim, disfigure or deprive a person of member of his/her body (slit ear, nose, gouge out eye).

Through force or fear,  stealing or taking away (asportation) another person against their will

Battery on a spouse, cohabitant or parent of a defendant’s child (misdemeanor level of injury/complaint of pain)

Rape

Unlawful sexual intercourse through the use of force, fear or the victim’s incapacitation

Assault

Unlawful attempt, coupled with a present ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another. 

Assault w/ a deadly weapon

 Any person who commits an assault upon the person of another with a deadly weapon or instrument other than a firearm or by any means of force likely to produce great bodily injury.

The unlawful use of force or violence against another  

Manslaughter

The unlawful killing of a human being without malice.

Robbery

The felonious taking of personal property in the possesion of another, from his person or immediate presence, and against his will, accomplished by means of force or fear. 

Carjacking

The felonious taking of a motor vehicle in the possesion of another, from his or her person or immediate presence with the use of force or fear. 

Burglary 

entering a structure with intend to commit a theft or felony therein. 

Defrauding an Innkeeper

Any person that receives service from the Innkeeper without paying and intent to defraud is guilty of a public offense. 

Grand Theft

stealing anything that is valued at $950 or more.

Theft (Petty)

stealing anything that is valued at or lower than $950.

Ex-Felon Possession of firearm

Any person that has been convicted shall not be allowed to own or operate a firearm.

Carrying or Possessing of a Concealed Firearm

Carrying a concealed firearm without a permit in ones's person vehicle is illegal. 

Rape/Sodomy with a device

 Anal or Gential penetration with a foreign object for sexual purposes. 

Receiving Stolen Property

Any person that receives a stolen property whether they knew or assumed, is guilty. 

Criminal Threats

Malicious intent to harass a person which can lead to the death or injury of that person. 

Forgery

The signing of a fictious person towards gaining any fiancial reward.

Brandishing a Weapon

Drawing or showing off a weapon in a rude threathening manner or uses it in a fight or quarrel.

Any person who touches an intimate part of another person while that person is unlawfully restrained by the accused or an accomplice

Extortion is the obtaining of property from another, with his consent or the obtaining of an official act of   a public officer, induced by a wrongful use of force or fear.

Identity Theft

Any person who willfully obtains personal identifying information of another person, and uses that information for any unlawful purpose i.e (credit, goods, services).

Vandalism

Every person who maliciously commits any of the following acts with respect to any real or personal property not his/her own i.e (damages, destroys, defaces with grafity)

Tattooing Minor

Every person who tattoos or offers to tattoo a person under the age of 18 is guilty of a misdemeaner

Homeless Shelter

Any peace officer may transport any person (youth, runaway) as quickly as possible, to the nearest shelter.

Prostitution

Any person who has been previously convicted one or more times of a violation of prostitution (sex offense; positive Aids blood test; felony classification)

Solicitation to commit felony

Every person who, with the intent that the crime be committed, solicits another to offer, accept, or join in the offer or acceptance of a bribe

Lewd Act on Child 

Any person who willfully and ledwly commits any lewd or lascivious act, on a child who is under the age of 14 

Loaded Firearm

A person carrying a loaded firearm when

he/she carries a loaded firearm on his/her person or in a vehicle while in any public place or on any public street
