A: All Fibers - Abduction

Anterior Fibers - Flexion, Medially Rotate, Horizontally adduct

Posterior Fibers - Extension, Lateral Rotation, Horizontally Abduct

O: Lateral 1/3 of clavicle, acromion and scapular spine

A: Upper Fibers (unilaterally) cervical flexion to the same side, cervical rotation to the oppisite side, scapular elevation and upward rotation

Upper fibers (bilaterally) - Cervical extension

Middle Fibers -  Adduction (scapular retraction)

Lower Fibers - Scapular depression and upward rotation

O: External occipital protuberance, superior nuchal line of occiput, ligamentum nuchae and spinous processes of C7-T12

N: Spinal Accessory (cranial nerve XI)

A: Adduction, Extension, Medial Rotation

O: Spinous Processes of T7-T12, Ribs 9-12, thoracolumbar aponeruorsis, Posterior iliac crest

I: Crest of lesser humeral tubercle

N: thoracodorsal

A: Extension, Adduction, Medial Rotation

O: Lateral side of scapular inferior angle, lower lateral boarder of scapula

I: Crest of lesser tubercle of humerus

N: Lower Subscapular
