first priority is to prevent the ball from going into the goal. the uniform must be a different color that their teammates and should have padding on the elbows and chest.

They are responsible for stopping goals. Consist of 2 outside fullbacks, 1 sweeper and 1 stopper (center back)

Definition
Shin guards are important because soccer players get kicked in the shins often, they will get injured and bruised if not wearing shin guards.

Definition
Soccer fields vary in size depending on the level and type of play. Each soccer field has a goal box around teh front of the goal and a penalty box around the outside of the goal box. There is also a half way line splitting the field in half and a center circle at the middle of the field
