Stimulant SEs and management:
Definition
Stomach ache: decrease dose, give with food

Insomnia: Give earlier in day, lower last dose, use sedating medication at bedtime

Headache: Divide dose, give with food, use IBU or APAP

Rebound symptoms: Trial of LA stimulant, atomoxetine, or antidepressant

Irritability: Rule out psychiatric condition, reduce dose, use ER agent, switch therapy
