Similarities-Animal and plant cells aer both ekaryotic: that means tat they have proper nucleii. Every animal and plant cell has a nucleu which contains chromosones. The nuclear envelope surrounding the nucleus speparatesthe chromosomes from the cytoplasm. they booth have a cell membrane aroudn them. Cell membranes are very thin, nevertheless they are able to control what can get in or out of a cell. They both ahve a proper nucleus cytoplasm, and a cell membrane.

differences between plant and animal cells

Differences-Plant cells are surrounded by a cell wall made of cellulose...Plants cells aren't. WHEN PLANT CELLS ARE PUT IN DISTILLED WATER THEY START TO SWEEL UP, BUT dont burst. ANIMAL CELLS DO. PLANAT CELLS CONTAIN chloroplasts. Most of the space inside a plant cell is filled with cell sap in a large vaucuole. Animal cells never contain large vacuoles. Plant cells usually have a very regular shape, and animal cells have very irregular shapes.

Differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells?
Definition
Eukaryotes= Animal & Plant Cells.
Both have single celled and multi cellular animals and plants calledeukaryotes. their cells contain proper nucleii with chromosones.


Prokaryotes-Their cells DO NOT have proper nuclei. They have a circular molecule of DNA which contains all their genetic info.
