MOnitor the QRS for inc. interval > 50% (ie. QRS that is initially 0.12 sec goes to 0.24 sec) must be reported and drug stopped!!!
Monitor BP for drop that may be due to possible drop in cardiac output
Do not use for serious life threatening dysrhymias - potential for worsening dysrythmias!
