REVERSIBLE
potentiates ACh throughout the body, but used in
ophthalmologic settings (glaucoma) and to increase tone in bladder and GI after surgery or
postpartum. At high doses causes muscle paralysis (muscular fasciculation), can be a poison, or
an antidote against atropine poisoning.

Crosses BBB and can be used to counteract restlessness, tremors, confusion, ataxia, convulsions,
